It is with great sadness I must inform you that Commodore Richard (Dick) Miller, Past District Commodore – 11SR, passed away on Saturday, November 30th 2019. He was an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary serving as the District Commodore for 11SR from 1997- 1998. He was the first President of the Past Commodores Association as well as the first Diversity Officer for the Auxiliary, before Diversity became its own department.
The funeral will be on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 1 p.m. Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 13922 Prospect Avenue, Santa Ana, CA, just off the 55 Fwy and 17th Street.
There will be a reception immediately following in the church social hall and an opportunity for comments.
Appropriate uniform is Service Dress Blue with Combination Cap.
