Shipmates, as February 2023 draws to a close wrapping up a month designated to remembering Black's contribution to history, I offer a pamphlet publication of those in the US Coast Guard who have gone before us and perhaps served alongside of some of us for your edification and review. With this I encourage you to take a moment and reflect on how we as an organization can contribute to this ongoing mission to not only serve but to promote Diversity among and within our ranks.
