Position Summary: You will serve as a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Program Specialist for enterprise-wide total workforce D&I Programs and will be responsible for raising awareness of D&I; creating, supporting and promoting the Coast Guard's diversity mission and values; and leveraging human potential to enhance mission readiness through planning, developing, executing and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's D&I program policies, activities, initiatives, and plans to its stakeholders through a variety of innovative efforts. In this role, you will provide a strategic approach in cultivating and supporting an inclusive atmosphere within Coast Guard learning environments and promotes D&I within Coast Guard outreach, recruiting, retention and learning and development efforts.
